The number of homes for sale jumped in January, as many home sellers came into the market with the end of the holiday season.
After a somewhat weak fall, the real estate market started to show signs of higher than usual amounts of activity in December and now is extending into January both for the number of homes for sale and the number of buyers in the market.
One of the questions / concerns that my team and I get frequently is that our clients want to move to a new house, but they don’t want to be homeless in the process, which is a valid concern, especially if you have kids or drive a smart car!
